Over the last 50+ years Enterprise has grown to be the largest car rental company in the United States by being the preferred provider in the home city car rental market. Rather than focus on expensive and seasonal airport business, Enterprise has always focused on the replacement and home city leisure markets. However, on August 1, 2007 Enterprise acquired the National and Alamo Rent A Car brands pushing the Enterprise fleet past the 1 Million car mark. With this strategic addition of these two popular aiport brands to complement the home city locations, Enterprise now has the perfect balance to service all customer's rental car needs. We are excited to enter this new stage of our business and growth and expect to see another 50 years of unequaled success!
