Billy has been an active broker in the greater Puget Sound commercial real estate community since 2003. He has been involved in many aspects of commercial real estate, including tenant/landlord representation, investment purchases, and sales. He has facilitated over 400 sales and leasing transactions valued in excess of $500 million which have encompassed nearly 4 million square feet of commercial property.
Matt works with Billy on a team with more than 75 years of combined commercial real estate experience. Since joining NAI Puget Sound Properties in 2024, he has completed over 70 transactions totaling over $43 million and 250k square feet. Recent work includes the $7.25m purchase with the Down Syndrome Community of Puget Sound and three downtown Bellevue transactions with national Tenants.

Background
Billy is a Seattle native and resides on Mercer Island with his wife, Ricca, and daughters, Macy and Emma. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to play any racket sport (pickleball is a favorite right now!), snow ski, swim and play acoustic guitar. Billy is the past President of the Seattle Executives Association and Board Member of the Caroline Kline Galland Home.
Matt grew up in the Bay Area and moved to Bellevue during high school, where he graduated from Interlake High School. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communication, with a minor in Business Sales, from Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, Texas.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys golf, tennis, watching sports, traveling, and time with family and friends. He is currently learning to play Padel.
