Matt specializes in Office, Industrial and Retail investment sales and leasing throughout the Northwest. Matt brings an astute understanding of market trends with a vast network of industry connections and currently works on a team with over 75 years of combined Real Estate experience.
In his previous role, he worked on a self-storage investment sales team at Marcus & Millichap, which sold over $1.4B worth of self-storage properties along the West Coast.
Matt loves creating relationships and giving exceptional service based on trust, honesty, and compassion. He brings his passion for helping people into his everyday interactions and has built his business on integrity.
Complementing his professional experience is Matt’s educational background. Matt grew up in the Bay Area but relocated to Bellevue before high school where he graduated from Interlake High School. After graduating from Interlake, Matt went on to achieve a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communication and a minor in Business Sales from TCU in Fort Worth, Texas.
Matt loves to spend time with family and friends, golf, watch sports, travel, and is now learning how to play the acoustic guitar.
